World famous magician Etienne Pradier

He wowed us at Indigo in October last year receiving excellent reviews from those that joined us and now he is back to perform for us once again as the grand finale of this years Christmas entertainment.
Etienne regularly entertains gatherings hosted by members of our Royal family and will be often found in Buckingham palace, Highgrove and Windsor castle. He often goes abroad to entertain the rich and famous! See him perform on the internet – www.frenchmagician.co.uk - they seem to be as much in awe of him than perhaps he is of them!! Even the famous Las Vegas magic duo Penn & Teller could not explain a trick that he performed!

Roasted butternut squash soup

Classic homemade coarse Sussex and pork pate

Very slowly cooked shin of beef

Italian spit roast stuffed belly of Pork with rosemary, garlic fennel and herbs df
With tartiflette- potatoes baked in reblochon cheese, onions and lardons of bacon
Grilled fillet of Sea Bass and Salmon
Thermidor sauce- creamy white wine mustard and shellfish with new potatoes
Turkish roasted cauliflower
Toasted coriander and caraway seeds, pine nuts, mint leaves, spicy red pepper sauce and yoghurt vegan

Homemade treacle sponge
Served with plenty of custard
Valrhona chocolate mousse
Cherries soaked in amaretto, cantuccini biscuit
